Fidelis completed clerestory replacement work at Lehman College, including construction of raised reinforced CMU curbs with steel reinforcement and welded clips.
The scope also included installation of a new curtain wall clerestory system, sealants, waterproofing, and metal flashing.
The work supported building envelope performance while maintaining the functional needs of an active higher education campus.
